Shipping is free anywhere in Canada on orders of $250 or more before tax.

Applicable provincial taxes are added to the total invoice based on the delivery destination.

Orders below $199 within the Calgary zone will receive the lowest rate or $20 flat if the local rate is more.

Rest of Canada:

• Orders from $200 to $249 before tax: $15 plus tax
• Orders from $150 to $199 before tax: $20 plus tax
• Orders below $150: shipping is charged at the current rate based on location.

Free or discounted shipping rates apply only to the original shipment. We cover shipping costs once per package.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Pickup at Our Calgary HQ Warehouse

To avoid shipping fees or delivery delays, you can choose to pick up your order at our Calgary HQ warehouse, regardless of order value. During checkout, select Pick up in store as your shipping method.

Please allow up to 2-4 business days for your order to be ready for pickup. We will contact you by email as soon as it is available.

Our pickup hours are listed here on our website. For security reasons, please bring the following when picking up your order:

• A copy of your invoice (paper or digital)
• Government-issued photo identification

Please ring the doorbell when you arrive and somebody will answer shortly. If no answer at the door, please call 403 262 4404.

Alien In-line reserves the right to refuse release of any order paid for online if the required documents cannot be presented.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Alien In-Line does not ship to P.O boxes.

Exchanges and Returns

For exchanges and reshipments within Canada, a $35 fee plus tax applies if the customer asks to have a package shipped again. This fee covers the additional shipping cost.

If a parcel is returned because it was refused or could not be delivered, and the customer does not want it reshipped, we will deduct $35 plus tax from the refund.

Custom Orders

Custom orders will include a separate shipping charge from the brand to our warehouse of $50 (pass through cost for shipping). Shipping from our warehouse to the customer is then charged according to the rate schedule above.

Order Verification

Alien In-line reserves the right to refuse shipment of an order if:

• we are unable to confirm the billing address linked to the credit card.
• the delivery address is different from that linked to the credit card used.
