Alien inline is really what makes roller blading in Calgary great. Their associates are always friendly even when you bump into them skating the streets, and their online shop has all the essentials. Plus they are willing to help you find what you need and get it to you in a very timely manner. I've bought wheels, and skates from them, and will continue to do so

Was looking for a pair of Rollerblade RB Cruisers which were sold out in my size where I live in Vancouver and came across them in Alien In-Line's online store — plus, at a lower price than what they retail for here.

I realized after making my purchase that I should've bought another pair for my husband at the same time as there was a flat shipping rate and quickly sent an email asking about it. Within a couple of hours, I got a call from them (which I didn't expect as it was 7:45pm in Calgary) and they were able to add a second pair in my husband's size to the order and complete payment over the phone.

I received both pairs of skates exactly a week later in perfect condition. Extremely pleased with the great customer service, reasonable prices, and fast delivery!

Called in to get help with finding a pair of skates after mistakenly buying some that weren’t ideal somewhere else. Both the guys (Scott & Shaun) that helped me were incredibly knowledgeable, super kind, & got me set up in a pair that I actually felt confident in buying. Just got home and tried out my purchase and I couldn’t be happier!!
